Original hot water meter from the German manufacturer Zenner – a global leader in measuring technology. Designed for water temperatures up to +90 °C, this device provides highly accurate hot water measurement in an apartment or house. The standard size (DN15, installation length 110 mm) simplifies installation: the meter is compatible with standard connection dimensions and can be installed in place of an old one without pipe relocation. The product complies with European standards (certified according to MID, ISO 4064) and is characterized by durability and resistance to external influences.
- German quality: all water-contacting parts are made of materials resistant to high temperatures and safe for drinking water (non-toxic, inert). The brass body is produced by precision casting, ensuring strength and tightness at pressures up to 16 bar.
- Sealed measuring mechanism: the meter is equipped with a dry dial in a sealed capsule (glass + copper) with IP68 protection class – maximum protection against water and dust ingress. This prevents fogging and guarantees clear visibility of readings throughout the entire service life.
- Rotatable register mechanism: the dial cover can rotate by approximately 355°, allowing installation of the meter in horizontal or vertical positions while maintaining convenient reading. The device operates stably in any orientation (accuracy class R80H / R40V).
- Tamper protection: the meter design prevents unauthorized interference – protection against strong external magnets is provided, and the transparent cover has a factory seal (attempts to access leave traces or damage it). This makes falsification of readings impossible without breaking the seal.
- Durability and service: the verification interval for this device is 4 years, which meets the standards for hot water. The official manufacturer’s warranty is up to 24 months. The expected service life exceeds 10–12 years. The meter supports the option of being upgraded with a remote reading module (for example, a Zenner radio module or pulse sensor) for Smart Metering systems.
Additionally: for clients in Kyiv, the company “Mastergaz” offers the installation service of this meter with subsequent registration for official accounting. Installation will be carried out by qualified specialists in accordance with the requirements of the service provider.

Delivery

- Across Ukraine: delivery by «Nova Poshta» according to carrier rates; estimated time — 1–3 days.
- Confirmation and tracking: the manager confirms shipment and provides the TTN; you will receive an SMS about the arrival of the order.
- Storage at the branch: free for 3 working days.
- Inspection upon receipt: check integrity and completeness; in case of damage, draw up an act with the carrier and notify us.
Product returns (14 days)
- Period: within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (for remote purchases), unless a longer period is set by the seller.
- Conditions: the product has not been used; the original appearance/consumer properties/full set and labels are preserved; a receipt or invoice is available.
- Exceptions: returns do not apply to categories from the current CMU list (including: food products; medicines; personal hygiene products; cosmetics/cleaning products without protective packaging; goods cut or tailored to individual size, etc.).

- Delivery costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer (except in cases of our error/identified defect).

Product exchange
Exchange for a similar/other product is possible within 14 days with recalculation of the cost (if available).
If defects are found (warranty cases)
