Plumbing installation and repairs
Describe the issue and send photos of the equipment and connections. The operator confirms whether the task is possible at your address and agrees on a visit. We inspect the installation, agree on the calculation, perform the selected work and check the result.
Price and scope
For a combined order, labour costs 900 UAH or the total agreed labour charge, whichever is higher. For example, work priced at 400 + 400 UAH costs 900 UAH; work priced at 400 + 600 UAH costs 1,000 UAH.
Materials and any agreed purchasing costs are separate. The visit is not charged a second time in the combined order. An individual service follows its own published price and conditions; the 900 UAH minimum does not automatically apply to it.
A visit without performing work costs 600 UAH. Additional work and costs are agreed before work starts.

Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Completed work has a 24-month warranty under clause 9.2 of the Mastergaz public offer.

Очень хорошая компания. Проверку счётчиков воды производил сотрудник компании Роман. Вежливый , тактичный,

Для ремонту в санвузлі звернулась сюди. Роботу виконали 'під ключ', не довелося турбуватися про матеріали чи інструменти. Майстри - справжні професіонали, але ціни могли б бути нижчими. Загалом, задоволена сервісом.

Replacement: 2+ meters at one address in one visit: UAH 700/meter. The meter is charged separately. Paid registration support is separate from the meter and installation.
Water heater installation to ready connections: from 1,760 UAH for a 10–30 L appliance. Labour only; the heater, materials, removal and extra work are separate. Send photos for a preliminary calculation.
