We submit hot water meter documents to Kyivteploenergo. Cold water registration is handled through Kyivvodokanal, which also receives the hot meter data for wastewater billing. Registration of hot water meters alone and registration of cold and hot water meters together have different scopes and total prices. Separate registration prices apply to heat meters.
Prices after replacement or initial installation by Mastergaz
UAH 250 per document set covers hot water meter registration with Kyivteploenergo after Mastergaz replaces or initially installs the meters.
If we replace or initially install only hot water meters, wastewater registration with Kyivvodokanal is also required and costs UAH 150 per set. The total is UAH 400. This also covers two hot water meters on the same account for UAH 400.
If we replace or initially install cold and hot water meters together, registration with both providers costs UAH 500. Wastewater registration is included, with no additional UAH 150 charge.
These are registration service prices. Meters, materials, replacement, installation and meter verification are charged separately.
What is a document set?
A document set covers meters at one address and on one customer account with the relevant provider. After replacement or initial installation by Mastergaz, registration costs UAH 250 per set for one provider, rather than per meter.
When we replace or initially install only hot water meters, wastewater registration also costs UAH 150 per set: one or two hot water meters on the same account cost UAH 400 in total. When we replace or initially install cold and hot water meters together, the Kyivvodokanal service already includes the data for wastewater billing.
If another company installed the meters
These prices apply when our technician visits, photographs and seals the meters, and submits the documents:
- One cold water meter: UAH 400.
- One hot water meter: UAH 550 in total: UAH 400 for registration with Kyivteploenergo or Euro-Reconstruction plus UAH 150 for wastewater registration with Kyivvodokanal.
- A pair of one cold and one hot water meter: UAH 700 in total: UAH 350 for each meter in this pair. Wastewater registration is included, with no additional UAH 150 charge.
The same prices apply to Kyivteploenergo and Euro-Reconstruction. The UAH 350 price applies specifically to this pair. No additional UAH 250 registration charge is added to the full UAH 400, 550 or 700 prices.
If wastewater registration is charged separately after installation by another company, it costs UAH 150 per hot water meter. For other meter combinations or a service without our visit, confirm the scope and price before ordering.
Registration after water meter verification
Registration of standard water meter verification reports costs UAH 150 per meter. This is a separate service from wastewater registration for UAH 150. Meter verification itself is charged separately.
Multi-tariff verification has a separate specialist registration service costing UAH 400. Multi-tariff verification and registration conditions.
Heat meters: separate prices
The document package for the customer to submit independently is included in the relevant Mastergaz technical service at no extra charge. If we submit the documents and follow up on registration after verification, our support costs UAH 500. Support for initial heat meter registration is a separate service costing UAH 600.
A document package for independent submission and paid support by Mastergaz are different options.

Mastergaz submits the hot water meter documents to Kyivteploenergo and the data for wastewater billing to Kyivvodokanal. Customers can check the meters through their own customer accounts with Kyivteploenergo and Kyivvodokanal. No separate document confirming completion of registration is issued.
