Mastergaz provides meter services, plumbing work and equipment servicing. Choose the service you need and submit a request: our operator will confirm the address, scope, price and available visit time.

Current services

• Installation, replacement and verification of water and heat meters; registration documents.
• Plumbing work, water heater installation, cleaning and repair.
• Water filter installation and replacement.
• Gas boiler repair in Sofiivska Borshchahivka and Vyshneve, subject to the service terms.
• For homeowners associations and businesses: scope and feasibility are agreed individually.

Equipment sales currently cover meters, water filters and cartridges. Availability and the final order are confirmed by the operator.

How to request service

Online requests: 24/7. Contact center: Mon–Fri 09:00–19:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–19:00. Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. In-person office reception is temporarily suspended.

The service area and final estimate depend on the selected service. Additional work, equipment and materials are agreed before work begins. Warranty is governed by the terms of the specific service and the public offer.
