Apartment heat meter verification with reports and documents for client registration
Verification confirms whether an apartment heat meter is suitable for continued billing. Mastergaz coordinates the full technical cycle in Kyiv: a technician removes the meter and issues a removal report, the meter undergoes laboratory verification, and after a positive result, it is reinstalled with an installation report. We prepare the document package for you to register the meter independently with your utility provider. For an additional UAH 500, Mastergaz submits this package to the provider and follows its processing status. Permanent sealing and final registration are performed by the provider.
The standard package is UAH 1,600 for one standard apartment meter with working shut-off valves and normal access. An operator confirms the full price after checking the model, address, valves, access, and utility provider. Battery replacement, repair, materials, a temporary bypass, and non-standard work are performed only after the reason and cost have been explained and approved. The payment procedure for completed stages is explained before removal. Mastergaz submission and status follow-up cost an additional UAH 500, including when a client already has the required reports and certificate; the document set is checked beforehand.

How the service works
- 1. Request. Leave your phone number and, where possible, upload photos in the form or send them via Viber/Telegram. The operator confirms the model, address, utility, package, full price, payment procedure and visit date.
- Removal. The technician records the meter details, issues a report, and removes the meter under the agreed procedure.
- Laboratory. The meter is tested on verification equipment. If extra work is needed, we first explain the price and obtain approval.
- Reinstallation. After a positive result, the technician reinstalls the meter, checks the unit, and issues an installation report.
- Documents. We provide the package for your own registration. If you order the optional UAH 500 service, Mastergaz submits the package to the heat provider and follows the processing status. Final database entry and permanent sealing are performed by the relevant provider.
Timing and warranty
A typical technical cycle takes 10–15 business days after service confirmation. Timing depends on laboratory workload, the model, the verification result, possible repair, the heating season, and the reinstallation schedule. Utility processing has a separate timeframe. The operator provides the current estimate when the order is confirmed.
Mastergaz provides a 24-month warranty on its installation work under the applicable warranty terms. The warranty does not guarantee that the meter will pass verification and does not cover a utility provider’s timing or decisions.

Frequently asked questions
How do the standard and laboratory packages differ?
The 1600 UAH standard package includes a visit, removal with a report, laboratory verification, reinstallation after a positive result with a report, and documents for your own registration. The 850 UAH option is laboratory-only for a meter already removed under the provider’s procedure, without a visit, removal, reinstallation or administrative support.
Who submits the documents and performs permanent sealing?
The standard package prepares documents for your own registration. For an additional 500 UAH, Mastergaz submits the checked package and follows its processing, including when reports and the certificate are already available. Final registration and permanent sealing are performed by the provider.
Are battery replacement, repair and a new meter included?
These may be separate charges. Battery replacement starts from 400 UAH when needed, after model and price confirmation. Repair, a new meter, materials, a temporary bypass and non-standard work require an explanation and your approval.
What happens if the meter does not pass verification?
Reinstallation is provided after a positive result. Any repair, repeat verification or new meter and its cost are explained and agreed. The payment procedure for completed stages is explained before removal.
What is the technical timeframe, and does it include provider processing?
A typical technical cycle takes 10–15 business days after service confirmation. It depends on the laboratory, model, result, repairs, season and reinstallation schedule. Provider processing has its own timeframe; the operator gives the current estimate.
Are there terms for several meters at one address?
For residents at one address on one schedule: 2–4 meters are 1450 UAH each, and 5 or more are 1400 UAH each. Condominium and legal-entity work is quoted individually.
Which photos should I prepare, and how is meter handover arranged?
Add photos of the display, seals, valves, connections and access to the unit. If uploads are unavailable, use Viber or Telegram. Meter handover is agreed separately; in-person office reception is temporarily suspended.
What does the warranty cover?
Mastergaz installation work has a 24-month warranty under the applicable terms. It does not guarantee a successful verification result or cover provider timeframes or decisions.
