Water meter verification with dismantling
The service is suitable when verification without dismantling is technically impossible. We agree on access and timing, dismantle the meter, record its readings and arrange laboratory verification.
After verification, a certificate or a notice of unfitness is issued. We reinstall a suitable meter and issue the work documents. If replacement is needed, the meter and additional work are agreed separately.
Price and timing
Technical verification: UAH 1000/meter. With apartment registration: one cold-water meter — UAH 1150; one hot-water meter only — UAH 1250. A cold-and-hot pair on the same Kyivvodokanal account — UAH 2300, including wastewater.
Standard verification-report registration costs UAH 150 per meter. For hot-water meters only, add UAH 100 per hot-water meter for wastewater records in Kyivvodokanal: registration totals UAH 250 for one or UAH 500 for two.
When cold and hot meters are registered together under the same Kyivvodokanal account, wastewater records are included: UAH 150 per meter, so one cold plus one hot costs UAH 300 for registration, with no extra UAH 100.
For a multitariff meter, special registration is UAH 400 plus UAH 100 for wastewater: UAH 500 for the complete meter, including a model with two flowmeters. The UAH 100 is charged once per complete meter. Technical verification is separate. The UAH 150 installation wastewater tariff belongs to a different service and does not replace this UAH 100 tariff.
Private houses: Mastergaz does not submit water-meter registration documents after verification, initial installation or replacement. The customer applies personally. We provide the applicable work documents, meter passport for a new meter and certificate after successful verification.

Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Completed work has a 24-month warranty under clause 9.2 of the Mastergaz public offer.
