Private houses: Mastergaz does not submit water-meter registration documents after verification, initial installation or replacement. The customer applies personally. We provide the applicable work documents, meter passport for a new meter and certificate after successful verification.
We submit cold water meter documents to Kyivvodokanal. Kyivvodokanal also receives hot water meter data for wastewater billing. When cold and hot water meters are replaced or initially installed together, the Kyivvodokanal service covers the cold meters and the hot meter data for wastewater; the hot water documents are submitted separately to Kyivteploenergo or Euro-Reconstruction. Prices for each option are explained below.
Prices after replacement or initial installation by Mastergaz
UAH 250 per document set covers cold water meter registration with Kyivvodokanal after Mastergaz replaces or initially installs the meters. One or two cold water meters on the same account cost UAH 250 to register.
If we replace or initially install cold and hot water meters together, registration with Kyivvodokanal and Kyivteploenergo or Euro-Reconstruction costs UAH 500. Hot water data for wastewater billing is included, with no additional UAH 150 charge.
If we replace or initially install only hot water meters, registration costs UAH 400 in total: UAH 250 with Kyivteploenergo or Euro-Reconstruction plus the required UAH 150 for wastewater registration with Kyivvodokanal.
These are registration service prices. Meters, materials, replacement, installation and meter verification are charged separately.
What is a document set?
A document set covers meters at one address and on one customer account with the relevant provider. After replacement or initial installation by Mastergaz, registration costs UAH 250 per set for one provider, rather than per meter.
When we replace or initially install only hot water meters, wastewater registration also costs UAH 150 per set: one or two hot water meters on the same account cost UAH 400 in total. When we replace or initially install cold and hot water meters together, the Kyivvodokanal service already includes the data for wastewater billing.
If another company installed the meters
These prices apply when our technician visits, photographs and seals the meters, and submits the documents:
- One cold water meter: UAH 400.
- One hot water meter: UAH 550 in total: UAH 400 for registration with Kyivteploenergo or Euro-Reconstruction plus UAH 150 for wastewater registration with Kyivvodokanal.
- A pair of one cold and one hot water meter: UAH 700 in total: UAH 350 for each meter in this pair. Wastewater registration is included, with no additional UAH 150 charge.
The same prices apply to Kyivteploenergo and Euro-Reconstruction. The UAH 350 price applies specifically to this pair. No additional UAH 250 registration charge is added to the full UAH 400, 550 or 700 prices.
If wastewater registration is charged separately after installation by another company, it costs UAH 150 per hot water meter. For other meter combinations or a service without our visit, confirm the scope and price before ordering.
Registration after water meter verification
Standard verification-report registration costs UAH 150 per meter. For hot-water meters only, add UAH 100 per hot-water meter for wastewater records in Kyivvodokanal: registration totals UAH 250 for one or UAH 500 for two.
When cold and hot meters are registered together under the same Kyivvodokanal account, wastewater records are included: UAH 150 per meter, so one cold plus one hot costs UAH 300 for registration, with no extra UAH 100.
For a multitariff meter, special registration is UAH 400 plus UAH 100 for wastewater: UAH 500 for the complete meter, including a model with two flowmeters. The UAH 100 is charged once per complete meter. Technical verification is separate. The UAH 150 installation wastewater tariff belongs to a different service and does not replace this UAH 100 tariff.
How to check registration
Mastergaz submits the cold water meter documents to Kyivvodokanal. When cold and hot water meters are registered together, we also submit the hot water meter data for wastewater billing. Customers can check the meters through their own Kyivvodokanal customer account. No separate document confirming completion of registration is issued.

The operator confirms the list for your case: ownership or right-of-use document, owner identity and tax details, meter passport or verification certificate, and an account receipt. Authority to act or additional documents may be required for a representative.
Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Completed work has a 24-month warranty under clause 9.2 of the Mastergaz public offer.
