Private houses: Mastergaz does not submit water-meter registration documents after verification, initial installation or replacement. The customer applies personally. We provide the applicable work documents, the passport of a new meter and the certificate after successful verification.

Verification prices including battery replacement
- One flow sensor: 1,100 UAH for an already removed meter; 1,600 UAH with dismantling and reinstallation by our technician.
- Two flow sensors: 1,500 UAH for an already removed meter; 2,000 UAH with dismantling and reinstallation.
- Registration after verification, if requested: UAH 400 + UAH 100 for wastewater = UAH 500 for the complete meter, with either one or two flowmeters. The UAH 100 is charged once per complete meter. This is the registration price. Technical verification is charged separately; its price already includes the battery and its replacement.
The battery and its replacement are included in the verification price. The battery is replaced at every verification of a multitariff water meter; there is no separate charge for the battery or replacement.
For heat meters, battery replacement is not mandatory at every verification. If needed, the battery and replacement are quoted and charged separately.
Handover or shipping is agreed with the operator in advance. In-person office reception is temporarily suspended. The timing is confirmed according to the model and laboratory workload. A replacement or repairs, if required, are agreed separately.
Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Completed work has a 24-month warranty under clause 9.2 of the Mastergaz public offer.
