Cold Water Meter Ecomess Sp. (Poland) - Base 110 mm

Reliable cold water meter (temperature up to +30 °C) from the Polish manufacturer Ecomess. Provides accurate measurement of water consumption in an apartment or private house. The standard installation base of 110 mm allows easy replacement or installation of the device without pipeline redesign. The meter meets high metrological standards – accuracy class B (R80) in horizontal installation, ensuring reliable readings even at low pressure.

• Durable brass body, protected against corrosion (nickel-plated), designed for long-term service (over 10 years). The device withstands pressure up to 16 bar and is resistant to water hammer in the network.
• Dry measuring mechanism hermetically isolated from water (IP65 protection class) – prevents condensation on the glass and dust penetration. Equipped with built-in anti-magnetic protection to prevent interference with the device operation.
• Rotatable dial (360° rotation) provides convenient reading of indicators regardless of the meter position on the pipe (horizontal or vertical installation without loss of accuracy, class R80H / R40V).
• Verification period – 4 years: the device maintains metrological characteristics for at least four years of use until the next mandatory verification. The manufacturer provides a warranty of up to 24 months.
• Remote reading option: the meter can be additionally equipped with a pulse output module or M-Bus radio module for integration into a remote data reading system, enabling automated consumption monitoring.

Additionally: residents of Kyiv are offered by «Mastergaz» a service of installing this meter on-site with subsequent official registration with the water utility.

Payment

• Online by Visa/MasterCard — via the secure LiqPay gateway; card details are entered on the LiqPay payment page and are not stored on our website. Payments are protected in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
• PrivatPay (if available) — payment with confirmation in Privat24 without entering the card number.
• Cash — upon pickup / cash on delivery (if the option is available for your order).
• Bank transfer for legal entities — invoice from the manager (sent by email).
• Refunds: in case of cancellation/return, refunds are made using the same payment method (for card payments — to the same card). Credit time — up to 3 banking days after acceptance of the return/processing of the cancellation. Procedure details are available on the «Warranty» page.

Delivery

• Pickup (Kyiv): 6A Larysy Rudenko St., office 623 (Poznyaky metro station, Colosseum Business Center).
• Across Ukraine: delivery by «Nova Poshta» according to carrier rates; estimated time — 1–3 days.
• Confirmation and tracking: the manager confirms shipment and provides the TTN; you will receive an SMS about the arrival of the order.
• Storage at the branch: free for 3 working days.
• Inspection upon receipt: check integrity and completeness; in case of damage, draw up an act with the carrier and notify us.

Product returns (14 days)

• Period: within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (for remote purchases), unless a longer period is set by the seller.
• Conditions: the product has not been used; the original appearance/consumer properties/full set and labels are preserved; a receipt or invoice is available.
• Exceptions: returns do not apply to categories from the current CMU list (including: food products; medicines; personal hygiene products; cosmetics/cleaning products without protective packaging; goods cut or tailored to individual size, etc.).

Return procedure

2. Prepare the product: original packaging, full set, documents.
3. Send/deliver the product: Return address: 02140, Kyiv, 6A Larysy Rudenko St., office 623 (LLC «Mastergaz»); or «Nova Poshta», branch №23 (Kyiv) — with notification of the TTN number.
4. Delivery costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer (except in cases of our error/identified defect).
5. Refund: by the same payment method (for card payments — to the same card), within up to 3 banking days after acceptance.

Product exchange

Exchange for a similar/other product is possible within 14 days with recalculation of the cost (if available).

If defects are found (warranty cases)

Within the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement; terms are agreed in accordance with the law and product availability. In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will reimburse shipping costs.
