Current equipment sales: meters, water filters and cartridges. Availability, delivery method, timing and the final order are confirmed by the operator before dispatch. In-person office reception is temporarily suspended; collection is possible only after separate confirmation.

Payment

• Online by Visa/MasterCard — via the secure LiqPay gateway; card details are entered on the LiqPay payment page and are not stored on our website. Payments are protected in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
• PrivatPay (if available) — payment with confirmation in Privat24 without entering the card number.
• Cash — upon pickup / cash on delivery (if the option is available for your order).
• Bank transfer for legal entities — invoice from the manager (sent by email).
• Refunds: in case of cancellation/return, refunds are made using the same payment method (for card payments — to the same card). Credit time — up to 3 banking days after acceptance of the return/processing of the cancellation. Procedure details are available on the «Warranty» page.

Delivery

• Pickup (Kyiv): 6A Larysy Rudenko St., office 623 (Poznyaky metro station, Colosseum Business Center).
• Across Ukraine: delivery by «Nova Poshta» according to carrier rates; estimated time — 1–3 days.
• Confirmation and tracking: the manager confirms shipment and provides the TTN; you will receive an SMS about the arrival of the order.
• Storage at the branch: free for 3 working days.
• Inspection upon receipt: check integrity and completeness; in case of damage, draw up an act with the carrier and notify us.

Service warranty

Warranty is governed by the terms of the specific service and the public offer. Clause 9.2 of the current public offer remains in force. For a warranty enquiry, provide the service address, order details and a description of the issue to the contact center.

In-person office reception is temporarily suspended. Agree on the method of returning or handing over equipment before visiting or shipping it.

Product returns (14 days)

• Period: within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (for remote purchases), unless a longer period is set by the seller.
• Conditions: the product has not been used; the original appearance/consumer properties/full set and labels are preserved; a receipt or invoice is available.
• Exceptions: returns do not apply to categories from the current CMU list (including: food products; medicines; personal hygiene products; cosmetics/cleaning products without protective packaging; goods cut or tailored to individual size, etc.).

Return procedure

1. Notify us: info@mastergaz.com.ua, +38 (044) 585-29-41, +38 (044) 585-22-41.
2. Prepare the product: original packaging, full set, documents.
3. Send/deliver the product: Return address: 02140, Kyiv, 6A Larysy Rudenko St., office 623 (LLC «Mastergaz»); or «Nova Poshta», branch №23 (Kyiv) — with notification of the TTN number.
4. Delivery costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer (except in cases of our error/identified defect).
5. Refund: by the same payment method (for card payments — to the same card), within up to 3 banking days after acceptance.

Product exchange

Exchange for a similar/other product is possible within 14 days with recalculation of the cost (if available).

If defects are found (warranty cases)

Within the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement; terms are agreed in accordance with the law and product availability. In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will reimburse shipping costs.

Installation of your water heater

We agree on the scope, inspect the mounting surface, mount the appliance, connect it to prepared water outlets and a suitable existing power point, fill the tank and check operation and leaks. The work is documented.

Water heater sales and separate electrical installation are temporarily suspended. Any required electrical connection must be prepared before the plumbing visit.

All prices below are for labour. Materials are charged separately.

 

Standard Installation Using Existing Prepared Connections

- 10–30 L water heater — UAH 1,760;

- 40–80 L water heater — UAH 2,240;

- 90–100 L water heater — UAH 2,400;

- water heater of 110 L or more — UAH 3,200;

- materials for a typical installation — approximately from UAH 800.

 

Installation with Flexible or Corrugated Water Connections

- 10–30 L water heater — UAH 2,080;

- 40–80 L water heater — UAH 2,400;

- 90–100 L water heater — UAH 2,720;

- water heater of 110 L or more — UAH 3,360;

- materials — approximately from UAH 900.

 

Installation with Multilayer Composite Water Pipes

- 10–30 L water heater — UAH 2,560;

- 40–80 L water heater — UAH 3,200;

- 90–100 L water heater — UAH 3,520;

- water heater of 110 L or more — UAH 3,840;

- materials — approximately from UAH 1,400.

 

Additional Work, Where Required

- removal of a 10–30 L water heater — UAH 720;

- removal of a 40–80 L water heater — UAH 800;

- removal of a 90–100 L water heater — UAH 880;

- removal of a water heater of 110 L or more — from UAH 1,280;

- removal and refitting of furniture or plumbing fixtures to gain access — from UAH 560;

- pressure regulator installation — from UAH 650, regulator not included;

- special mounting on plasterboard — from UAH 700;

- wall chasing — from UAH 600;

- separate on-site survey and quotation visit without installation — UAH 600.

 

The visit for confirmed installation is included. A preliminary calculation from 2–4 photos is free. We confirm volume, access, mounting conditions, materials and the full calculation before work.

Filter installation is calculated separately under its service terms.
