• Online by Visa/MasterCard — via the secure LiqPay gateway; card details are entered on the LiqPay payment page and are not stored on our website. Payments are protected in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.
• PrivatPay (if available) — payment with confirmation in Privat24 without entering the card number.
• Cash — upon pickup / cash on delivery (if the option is available for your order).
• Bank transfer for legal entities — invoice from the manager (sent by email).

Delivery

• Pickup (Kyiv): 6A Larysy Rudenko St., office 623 (Poznyaky metro station, Colosseum Business Center).
• Across Ukraine: delivery by «Nova Poshta» according to carrier rates; estimated time — 1–3 days.
• Confirmation and tracking: the manager confirms shipment and provides the TTN; you will receive an SMS about the arrival of the order.
• Storage at the branch: free for 3 working days.
• Inspection upon receipt: check integrity and completeness; in case of damage, draw up an act with the carrier and notify us.

Product returns (14 days)

• Period: within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (for remote purchases), unless a longer period is set by the seller.
• Conditions: the product has not been used; the original appearance/consumer properties/full set and labels are preserved; a receipt or invoice is available.
• Exceptions: returns do not apply to categories from the current CMU list (including: food products; medicines; personal hygiene products; cosmetics/cleaning products without protective packaging; goods cut or tailored to individual size, etc.).

Return procedure

1. Notify us: info@mastergaz.com.ua, +38 (044) 585-29-41, +38 (044) 585-22-41.
2. Prepare the product: original packaging, full set, documents.
3. Send/deliver the product: Return address: 02140, Kyiv, 6A Larysy Rudenko St., office 623 (LLC «Mastergaz»); or «Nova Poshta», branch №23 (Kyiv) — with notification of the TTN number.
4. Delivery costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer (except in cases of our error/identified defect).
5. Refund: by the same payment method (for card payments — to the same card), within up to 3 banking days after acceptance.

Product exchange

Exchange for a similar/other product is possible within 14 days with recalculation of the cost (if available).

If defects are found (warranty cases)

Within the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement; terms are agreed in accordance with the law and product availability. In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will reimburse shipping costs.

Storage water heater installation in Kyiv covers mounting and checks of the agreed connections. “Turnkey” means that Mastergaz arranges and carries out the full agreed scope. The appliance, materials and work outside the base scope are charged separately.

 

What the base labour price includes

• phone or messenger consultation and a free preliminary estimate from 2–4 photos;

• site inspection, marking and mounting on a technically suitable solid surface;

• connection to existing accessible and prepared hot- and cold-water outlets;

• connection to an existing prepared power point when its suitability is confirmed within the agreed check;

• filling, leak testing and operation check;

• a short explanation of use;

• a service report or another document confirming completion and the start of the warranty period.

 

Charged separately

The water heater, materials and fittings, old-unit removal, difficult access, new pipework, reinforced or non-standard mounting, wall chasing, pressure reducer, filter and electrical work outside the base scope are charged separately.

A new circuit, socket, breaker, RCD/differential protection and other electrical work are separately assessed and carried out by the appropriate specialist. Extra work starts only after the technician explains it and you approve the price.

When the water heater and installation are ordered together, there is no separate delivery charge under the current public offer. Product-only delivery is charged at the selected carrier’s rate.

 

Replacing an old water heater

Removal is priced separately by capacity. After removal, the technician checks the mounting surface, water outlets and power point, agrees any extra work and installs the new unit.

- Technician travel for a confirmed installation is included in the service price. When a water heater is purchased with installation, the current public offer includes the necessary goods and materials to be brought by the technician, with no separate delivery charge.

 

How booking works

1. Submit a request or send 2–4 photos of the installation area. The photographs should ideally show: the wall and proposed mounting position; the hot and cold water outlets; the nearest power point; access to the installation area; the existing water heater, if replacement is required.

2. A manager confirms the capacity, Kyiv district, water outlets, power point and access.

3. You receive a preliminary estimate and agree an available arrival window.

4. On site, the technician checks the actual conditions and confirms the scope and price.

5. After approval, the technician installs and tests the unit and provides a completion document.

 

Typical duration

A standard installation on ready connections usually takes about 1.5–3 hours. Removal, new pipework, electrical work, reinforcement or difficult access may take longer.

 

How to obtain a price

The preliminary photo estimate is free and saves UAH 600 compared with a separate survey visit. A standalone pre-installation survey without work on the same visit costs UAH 600. The actual scope and price are agreed before installation starts.

 

Warranty and responsibility

The workmanship warranty is 24 months under the warranty policy. The appliance warranty is governed by the manufacturer or seller.
