The final calculation depends on access, the condition of existing connections and agreed additional work. Equipment and materials are included only where expressly stated in the tariff. All additions are agreed before work.
We agree on the task and visit, inspect the installation, confirm the calculation, perform the agreed work and check the result.
Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Completed work has a 24-month warranty under clause 9.2 of the Mastergaz public offer.
