Current equipment sales: water meters, water filters and cartridges. Availability, delivery method, timing and the final order are confirmed by the operator before dispatch. In-person office reception is temporarily suspended; collection is possible only after separate confirmation.

Payment

Temporary payment terms for six water meter models

For orders containing only Apator Powogaz Smart+ cold-water and/or hot-water meters with an installation length of 80 or 110 mm and/or Metron SDC smart+ / SDH smart+ meters with an installation length of 110 mm, the seller and payment recipient is ТОВ «Мастергаз».

Individuals and legal entities pay for these orders only by making their own bank transfer to the current account of ТОВ «Мастергаз», using the IBAN details on the invoice. The manager provides the invoice after agreeing the products, quantity, availability, timing and full amount, including the agreed delivery contribution. Include the invoice and order numbers in the payment reference.

Cash, cash on delivery and payment by QR code or payment link are temporarily unavailable for these orders. The other payment methods listed below apply to other products and are available only after confirmation by the manager.

• Payment through PrivatBank — using a QR code or payment link provided by the manager after confirming the order and amount. Before paying, check that the recipient is ТОВ «Мастергаз» and verify the amount and order number in the payment reference.
• Cash — upon pickup / cash on delivery (if the option is available for your order).
• Bank transfer for legal entities — invoice from the manager (sent by email).
• Refunds: in case of cancellation/return, refunds are made using the same payment method (for card payments — to the same card). Credit time — up to 3 banking days after acceptance of the return/processing of the cancellation. Procedure details are available on the «Warranty» page.

Delivery

• Pickup (Kyiv) — only by prior arrangement with the contact centre. In-person office reception is temporarily suspended. Company address: 02141, Kyiv, 6A Larysy Rudenko St., office 623.
• Delivery across Ukraine — by Nova Poshta at the carrier’s rates. The buyer pays delivery costs and any cash-on-delivery fee. The manager agrees these costs before final order confirmation and payment.
• Preparation and dispatch — 1–2 working days after the availability of the goods and the order have been confirmed. We dispatch Monday to Friday.
• Transit time — approximately 1–3 days after dispatch. The total time until receipt includes order preparation and transit.
• Confirmation and tracking — the manager confirms dispatch and provides the shipment number (TTN) for tracking.
• Storage with the carrier — according to the carrier’s current rules.
• Inspection upon receipt — check integrity and completeness; in case of damage, draw up an act with the carrier and notify us.

Guaranteed delivery cost limit for water meters — UAH 199

For orders containing only Apator Powogaz Smart+ cold-water or hot-water meters with an installation length of 80 or 110 mm and/or Metron SDC smart+ / SDH smart+ meters with an installation length of 110 mm, the buyer pays the actual total cost of initial delivery, up to a maximum of UAH 199 per order, regardless of the quantity of these meters.

This amount includes delivery, necessary packaging, declared-value charges and the cash-on-delivery fee, where applicable. If the actual cost is below UAH 199, the buyer pays the lower actual amount; Mastergaz covers all of these costs above UAH 199.

We deliver through Nova Poshta within Ukraine to a branch, parcel locker or address where the relevant service is available for the particular shipment. The total price of the goods and the buyer's delivery contribution is agreed before final order confirmation and payment.

This offer does not apply to mixed orders containing other products or to orders for other products: standard delivery terms and the carrier's actual rates remain applicable, as agreed before final confirmation and payment.

Service warranty

Warranty is governed by the terms of the specific service and the public offer. Clause 9.2 of the current public offer remains in force. For a warranty enquiry, provide the service address, order details and a description of the issue to the contact center.

In-person office reception is temporarily suspended. Agree on the method of returning or handing over equipment before visiting or shipping it.

Product returns (14 days)

• Period: within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (for remote purchases), unless a longer period is set by the seller.
• Conditions: the product has not been used; the original appearance/consumer properties/full set and labels are preserved; a receipt or invoice is available.
• Exceptions: returns do not apply to categories from the current CMU list (including: food products; medicines; personal hygiene products; cosmetics/cleaning products without protective packaging; goods cut or tailored to individual size, etc.).

Return procedure

1. Notify us: info@mastergaz.com.ua, +38 (044) 585-29-41, +38 (044) 585-22-41.
2. Prepare the product: original packaging, full set, documents.
3. Send/deliver the product: agree on the return with the contact center before shipping or visiting. Company address: 02141, Kyiv, 6A Larysy Rudenko St., office 623 (LLC «Mastergaz»); in-person office reception is temporarily suspended. The contact center provides the recipient details and the agreed Nova Poshta address or branch. Notify us of the TTN number after shipping.
4. Delivery costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer. In cases of our error or a confirmed product defect, Mastergaz pays the return shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged.
5. Refund: by the same payment method (for card payments — to the same card), no later than 3 banking days after the returned product is accepted.

Product exchange

Exchange for a similar/other product is possible within 14 days with recalculation of the cost (if available).

If defects are found (warranty cases)

Within the warranty period, you are entitled to free repair or replacement; terms are agreed in accordance with the law and product availability. In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will reimburse shipping costs.

Installation of your water heater

We agree on the scope, inspect the mounting surface, mount the appliance, connect it to prepared water outlets and a suitable existing power point, fill the tank and check operation and leaks. The work is documented.

Water heater sales and separate electrical installation are temporarily suspended. Any required electrical connection must be prepared before the plumbing visit.

The visit for confirmed installation is included. A preliminary calculation from 2–4 photos is free. We confirm volume, access, mounting conditions, materials and the full calculation before work.

Filter installation is calculated separately under its service terms.

Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Completed work has a 24-month warranty under clause 9.2 of the Mastergaz public offer.
