Water meter verification without dismantling in Kyiv is an on-site accuracy check of an apartment water meter without removing the device or seals, if the metering unit allows this technically. A technician visits your address, connects verification equipment, performs the check and sends the data for result processing.

What is included in the base price of UAH 490 per meter:
— technician visit within Kyiv at the agreed time; — verification of one apartment cold or hot water meter without dismantling under standard conditions;
— work without removing seals, if technically possible;
— certificate after successful verification through an authorized metrology laboratory;
— consultation on the next steps after receiving the result.

What may be charged separately:
— registration support / document submission for data update — +UAH 150 per meter; — private houses — UAH 600 / 700 / 900 depending on access;
— legal entities — UAH 585 / 700 including VAT depending on conditions;
— urgent visit — +UAH 400 per visit;
— evening, weekend or holiday visit — +UAH 300 per visit;
— removal/installation of an M-Bus pulse module — UAH 100 per module;
— verification with dismantling/installation — UAH 1000 per meter;
— verification of a removed meter at our office — UAH 350 per meter.

How the service works: 1. You submit a request on the website or by phone.
2. The operator confirms the address, number of meters, property type and access to the metering unit. A photo may be requested.
3. The technician arrives at the agreed time. Under standard conditions, a ±30 minute arrival window is a practical guideline, but air alerts or access restrictions may change the timing.
4. Verification of one meter usually takes 15–20 minutes.
5. After successful verification, a certificate is issued. The typical processing time is up to 10 business days unless agreed otherwise.

Documents and registration support. The base verification gives the customer the verification result. If you do not want to submit documents to Kyivvodokanal, Kyivteploenergo, Euro-Reconstruction or another utility provider yourself, order registration support for +UAH 150 per meter. In this case, we help submit documents for data update.

When verification without dismantling may be impossible. Free access to the meter, water in the system, working valves, intact seals, no visible damage and technical possibility to connect the equipment are required. Multi-tariff, electronic or non-standard meters may require a separate procedure.
