On-site verification without removal

We check the accuracy of an apartment cold- or hot-water meter in Kyiv without removing the device or its seals, if the metering unit allows this technically. A technician connects verification equipment, performs the check and sends the data for result processing.

What the base price of UAH 550 per meter includes

Document support and additional options

For a standard apartment meter, verification is UAH 550 per meter. Registering the standard verification act is optional at an additional UAH 150 per meter. If both services are ordered, the total is UAH 700 per meter. Tell the operator whether you need verification-act registration when ordering.

UAH 150 for standard verification-act registration and UAH 150 for wastewater registration cover different services; an equal price does not imply an equal scope. Wastewater registration is not added automatically to verification. For a multi-tariff meter, verification-result registration is a separate special service at UAH 400; the standard UAH 150 price does not apply. What may be charged separately

• Standard water-meter verification-act registration with Kyivvodokanal, Kyivteploenergo or Euro-Reconstruction — optional at +UAH 150 per meter.
• Private houses — UAH 600 / 700 / 900 depending on access.
• Non-residential premises and legal entities — UAH 650 / 750 including VAT, depending on conditions.
• An urgent visit — +UAH 400 per visit, subject to technician availability.
• Removal/installation of an M-Bus pulse module — UAH 100 per module.
• Verification with dismantling/installation — UAH 1000 per meter.
• Laboratory verification of an already removed meter, with handover agreed in advance — UAH 350 per meter.

The base verification gives you the verification result. If you do not want to submit standard verification acts to Kyivvodokanal, Kyivteploenergo or Euro-Reconstruction yourself, you can order their registration at +UAH 150 per meter. This registers verification acts; it is separate from registering a newly installed meter.

Registration of a newly installed meter is a separate service with a different package and price. Choose your provider and the registration service.

How the service works

Preparing for the visit

Verification requires clear access to the meter, water in the system, working valves, intact seals, no visible damage and the technical ability to connect the equipment. Clear the cabinet or niche. If the metering unit is in a hard-to-reach location, basement or well, or has additional equipment nearby, send a photo to our operator via Viber/Telegram in advance to help assess the work and estimate.

Multi-tariff, electronic or non-standard meters may require a separate procedure. Our operator confirms which services apply to your meter and agrees on the total before the visit.

Warranty and contact

Completed work is covered by a 24-month warranty under section 9.2 of the public offer.

Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Submitting a request or selecting a preferred date does not by itself confirm a visit.

In-person office reception is temporarily suspended. Our operator confirms how and where to hand over the meter before any delivery.

What is included in UAH 550?

Is verification-act registration included in UAH 550?

No. Standard verification-act registration is optional at +UAH 150 per meter. For a standard apartment meter, verification at UAH 550 and act registration at UAH 150 total UAH 700 per meter.

How long does verification take, and when is the certificate ready?

Under standard conditions, 15–20 minutes per meter. Certificate processing after successful verification usually takes up to 10 business days.

Is verification without removal always possible?

No. Technical possibility, water in the system, working valves, access to the meter, intact seals and no damage are required. If unsure, send a photo to our operator.

What happens if the meter fails verification?

The certificate is not issued. The technician will explain the next step: meter replacement, repair of the metering unit or another technical option. We can discuss replacement; replacement and equipment are agreed as a separate order.

Do you work with private houses?

Yes. For private houses, the price depends on access: UAH 600, 700 or 900 per meter.

Do you provide documents for legal entities?

Yes. Prices for legal entities include VAT. We provide an invoice, completion act and VAT tax invoice.

What is the verification interval?

For most apartment water meters, 4 years. Check the exact next verification date in the previous certificate, the utility provider’s account or their notification.

When will the technician arrive?

Our operator agrees an available appointment time. An online request or preferred date does not by itself confirm a visit.
