Why do you need water meter verification?
This is a mandatory procedure that confirms the accuracy of your device and protects you from overpaying for utilities. "Mastergaz" organizes the entire process through a specialized metrological laboratory, but for clients, we appear as the service provider offering a "turnkey" solution. How we work (stages):
1. Request: Call us or submit an application online – our manager will help you choose a convenient day.
2. Technician's arrival: Within 3 working days from the order. Our specialist arrives exactly on time.
3. Verification without dismantling: The meter stays in place, the procedure takes 15-20 minutes.
4. Documents: The verification certificate is issued within 5 working days.
5. Official registration (if needed): We register your meter with the required authority.
Service costs:
1. Meter verification without dismantling (Kyiv) – 400 UAH (per unit)
2. Urgent verification (without dismantling, 1 unit) – 500 UAH
3. Verification without dismantling in private sector (Kyiv) – 600 UAH
4. Verification in Kyiv region (without dismantling) – 400 UAH
5. Verification for legal entities (without dismantling) – 600 UAH
6. Verification with removal (you bring the meter to our office) – 250 UAH
7. Verification with dismantling/installation – 800 UAH
8. Dismantling/installation of pulse pad (MBUS) – 100 UAH
Additional costs:

• Urgent call (same or next day) – +400 UAH
• Call during peak hours (weekdays 18:00-21:00, weekends/holidays 8:00-20:00) – +300 UAH
(Note: During martial law, timeframes may be adjusted.)
Verification conditions:
• Plumbing must be in working order.
• Water must be supplied centrally (not through a boiler).
• The meter must not be foggy, and the seal must be intact.
• Multi-tariff meters can only be verified with removal.
If a meter fails verification:
