Apartment heat meter verification with reports and document submission support
Verification confirms whether an apartment heat meter is suitable for continued billing. Mastergaz coordinates the full technical cycle in Kyiv: a technician removes the meter and issues a removal report, the meter undergoes laboratory verification, and after a positive result, it is reinstalled with an installation report. We then support the submission of the documents and the request for permanent sealing in accordance with your utility provider's procedure.
The standard package is UAH 1,600 for one standard apartment meter with working shut-off valves and normal access. An operator confirms the full price after checking the model, address, valves, access, and utility provider. Battery replacement, repair, materials, a temporary bypass, and non-standard work are performed only after the reason and cost have been explained and approved. The payment procedure for completed stages is explained before removal. Document support only, for a client who already has the required reports and certificate, costs UAH 500 after the document set is checked.

Standard package
UAH 1,600 — technician visit, removal, removal report, laboratory verification, reinstallation after a positive result, installation report, review of the document set, preparation and submission support for the verification result and the request for permanent sealing under the provider’s procedure.
Laboratory option
UAH 850 — only for a meter already removed under the provider’s procedure; no visit, removal, reinstallation or administrative support.
Battery
From UAH 400 — only when needed, after the model and price are confirmed.
Document support only
UAH 500 — review of the document set, preparation and the agreed submission support for the verification result and the request for permanent sealing when verification and technical work have already been completed.
Other extras
Repair, repeat verification, a new meter, faulty valves, materials, a temporary bypass, restricted access and extra logistics — only after approval.
Group residents/condominium
For residents at one address and on one schedule: 2–4 meters — UAH 1,450 each; 5 or more — UAH 1,400 each. Condominium/legal-entity work is quoted individually.
What is included in UAH 1,600
- confirmation of the meter model, address, utility and work procedure;
a technician visit in Kyiv at the agreed time;
- removal of one standard apartment heat meter;
- a removal report with the date, reading, and meter details;
- laboratory verification and a document stating the result;
- reinstallation of the meter in its original position;
- an installation report and a functional check after installation;
- support with document submission and the request for permanent sealing.
What may be charged separately
- battery replacement from UAH 400, depending on the model and number of cells;
- cleaning, repair or repeat verification when justified by the laboratory result;
a new meter, shut-off valves, fittings or other materials;
- work on a non-standard unit, restricted access or additional logistics;
- a repeat visit when access was not provided or the actual conditions differ from those agreed.
How the service works
1. Request. Leave your phone number and, where possible, upload photos in the form or send them via Viber/Telegram. The operator confirms the model, address, utility, package, full price, payment procedure and visit date.
2. Removal. The technician records the meter details, issues a report, and removes the meter under the agreed procedure.
3. Laboratory. The meter is tested on verification equipment. If extra work is needed, we first explain the price and obtain approval.
4. Reinstallation. After a positive result, the technician reinstalls the meter, checks the unit, and issues an installation report.
5. Document submission support. We submit or help submit the documents and the request for a permanent seal. Final database entry and permanent sealing are performed by the relevant utility or service provider.
Timing and warranty
A typical technical cycle takes 10–15 business days after service confirmation. Timing depends on laboratory workload, the model, the verification result, possible repair, the heating season, and the reinstallation schedule. Utility processing has a separate timeframe. The operator provides the current estimate when the order is confirmed.
Mastergaz provides a 24-month warranty on its installation work under the applicable warranty terms. The warranty does not guarantee that the meter will pass verification and does not cover a utility provider’s timing or decisions.
