Diagnostics (700 UAH): We check the heating element (TEN), thermostat, and overall tightness. If you refuse repairs or if the heater cannot be fixed, you only pay 300 UAH for the call-out.

Cleaning / Repair:

Draining water, removing limescale, replacing worn-out parts (TEN, anode, valve, seals).

For horizontal models, 80% of cases require a full dismount (starting at 450 UAH). If you prefer no dismount but access is difficult, +500 UAH is added.

Final Check & Payment: We test heating performance, check for leaks or electrical faults, and then provide a 24-month warranty certificate. You pay only after you verify the results.
