• One flow sensor: 1,100 UAH for an already removed meter; 1,600 UAH with dismantling and reinstallation by our technician.
• Two flow sensors: 1,500 UAH for an already removed meter; 2,000 UAH with dismantling and reinstallation.
• Registration support: 400 UAH with one provider, if requested.

Battery replacement is an optional extra, quoted separately by model and agreed in advance.

Handover or shipping is agreed with the operator in advance. In-person office reception is temporarily suspended. The timing is confirmed according to the model and laboratory workload. A replacement or repairs, if required, are agreed separately.

Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Completed work has a 24-month warranty under clause 9.2 of the Mastergaz public offer.
