When we replace or initially install cold and hot water meters together, the Kyivvodokanal document set includes the wastewater data.

Mastergaz submits the hot water meter documents to Euro-Reconstruction and the data for wastewater billing to Kyivvodokanal. Customers can check whether their hot water meters appear with Kyivvodokanal through their own Kyivvodokanal customer account. No separate document confirming completion of registration is issued.
The operator confirms the list for your case: ownership or right-of-use document, owner identity and tax details, meter passport or verification certificate, and an account receipt. Authority to act or additional documents may be required for a representative.
Works: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00; outside these hours by prior agreement and subject to technician availability. Online requests can be submitted 24/7. Completed work has a 24-month warranty under clause 9.2 of the Mastergaz public offer.

No separate confirmation document is issued. Customers can check their meters through their own Kyivvodokanal customer account and, for Kyivteploenergo, through their Kyivteploenergo account as well.
