Heat Meters installed by Mastergaz are registered free of charge.

This fee covers document preparation, account setup (or update), and full support until your meter is entered into the official database.

Turnaround Time

Registration typically takes 1 day to 1 week, depending on provider workload and meter type.

Required Documents

Proof of ownership or usage rights for the property (copy).

Passport and tax ID (copies) of all owners, if co‑owned.

Meter passport or calibration certificate (for used meters).

Receipt showing your account number (if available).

For heat meters: installation project (if required by Euro‑Reconstruction).

If acting by proxy—original power of attorney and a copy of your passport.

Concession Applications (If Applicable)

Concession certificate and passport.
Concession tax ID.
